When political conditions demonstrate dramatic losses of democracy, when the common good is subject to economic interests, when people are treated beneath their dignity. And when the protection of privacy is no longer guaranteed. From the transparent human being of our internet age, it is not far to the patient, the subject of medical research, often subjected to unnecessary surgery and overpriced examinations. "Cuttings" from the Arsenal series is one of five motifs in this series and marks the beginning.
